CANCELLATION POLICY

i understand that emergencies happen, and i’m always willing to work with you when unexpected situations arise. however, your appointment time is reserved just for you, and last-minute changes often leave a spot that could have been offered to another client. this also means lost income for my small business. to respect my time and other clients hoping to book, cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of your service total. rescheduling within that same window requires a 30% deposit, which will be applied toward your new appointment. thank you for understanding and supporting me!
